    Nurse-Family Partnership

    Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) helps first-time moms prepare for the birth of their child by partnering them with a nurse home visitor. A specially trained nurse visits you throughout your pregnancy until your baby turns two years old.

    Eligibility: First-time moms less than 26 weeks pregnant who have Medicaid/Apple Health

    Open Arms Perinatal Services Outreach Doulas

    The Outreach Doula Program is a community-matched home visiting program where birthing families (< 28 weeks) receive client-centered services focused on prenatal health, birth preparation, 24-7 labor and delivery support, lactation, postpartum and early infant mental health, and parenting until the child turns 2 years old.

    Eligibility: This program serves African American, Latina, Native (American Indian/Alaska Native), and Somali communities.

    Washington Parent-Child Assistance Program (PCAP)

    The Parent‐Child Assistance Program (PCAP) is evidence‐informed home visitation case‐management model for pregnant and parenting women with substance use disorders. PCAP goals are to help mothers build healthy families. Please ask your provider, social worker, or counselor about a referral to the program.
