Parent Support Warm Line is available to any pregnant or new parents, or their loved ones needing support and information about mental health. For parents experiencing a mental health crisis, or perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. It is confidential - people can remain anonymous or provide an alias. Disclosure of substance use is safe, and alternative pathways to care and counseling referrals are available. Counseling accepts Medicaid.

Harm Reduction Doulas
We can help you access treatment, baby supplies, housing case management, and more.
We provide free doula support for pregnant people who use drugs and pregnant people experiencing homelessness. We will support you regardless of your pregnancy outcome (for example, abortion/miscarriage, adoption, or parenting).

Many doulas can provide physical and emotional support throughout the perinatal experience. This may include some of the following: birth, postpartum, abortion, miscarriage, and bereavement. Swedish Birth and Postpartum Doulas (for those attending a birth at a Swedish facility)
Swedish is able to provide free doula support to a limited number of low income birthing people each month. Active enrollment in Medicaid/Molina/Apple Health is required to be eligible.
When filling out the request, please share if you are currently looking for a harm reduction doula. Reach out to us at Harm Reduction Doulas if you do not hear back from Swedish within 2 weeks.
